CLASSICAL PILATES

Pilates focuses on low-impact movements to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance core stability. This method emphasizes precision, flow, and breath work, following the original exercises developed by Joseph Pilates.

STRETCH & STRENGTH

50% Strength 50% Stretch. This class is a low-impact workout that blends movements inspired by Pilates, and Yoga to help increase mobility and strengthen your body for everyday life.

Jenna brings dedication and expertise to every session, combining her background as a competitive figure skater with her deep knowledge of classical Pilates. A fully certified Reformer Pilates instructor, Jenna’s training emphasizes precision, control, and the transformative power of mindful movement.

With her warm and encouraging presence, Jenna creates a welcoming environment where clients of all levels feel supported and motivated. Her classes focus on building strength, enhancing mobility, and refining alignment, reflecting her dedication to helping others move with confidence and poise.

Grace van der Meer

CO-FOUNDER

Grace is a dynamic and passionate fitness coach with a lifelong love for movement, shaped by her background in ballet and athletics. Her holistic approach to wellness integrates strength training, barre, yoga, and active stretching, offering a well-rounded experience for clients of all fitness levels.

Grace’s classes challenge balance, build strength, and promote mindful restoration. Specializing in functional mobility, she supports clients over 40 years old and those facing health challenges, empowering them to rediscover vitality and joy in movement.
